Dr. Bishai is so amazing & friendly! All of the staff are fantastic, it feels like they are one big happy family. My hygienist Dimitra is so kind & always does a great job. I highly recommend this office.

I am terrified of dentists but this office made me feel at ease immediately. My appointment was right on schedule so I didn't have time to stress and run...lol. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Since then, I have had nothing but great experiences and Dr Bishai will be my dentist for life!

You cannot find a better dentist office in all of the GTA. Not only is Dr. Bishai a brilliant dentist with such deep knowledge, who has saved me and my teeth in MANY situations, her amazing team are the ones who bring the office to life. From the moment you walk in the reception team is kind, helpful and so welcoming- I also really appreciate their ability to follow up before and after appointments as someone who is always on the go and busy.🩵 they make me feel like family and are so patient with booking and rebooking my appointments. The reminders are noticed and so appreciated. The hygienist team. I cannot say enough about them. Although going to the dentist can seem a bit intimidating they make me feel so at home, cared for and happy. I almost forget I'm getting my teeth cleaned! Thank you to my #1 Mariola! The absolute best! Dr. Bishai and her team have always been extremely personable and professional. She took the time to do an emergency consult on Christmas Day - I didn't expect her to get back for a few days but she responded in 15 minutes. Thank you Amy!

I've never written a Google review before - but honestly - Dr Bishai and team deserve it. I came to Dr B with a pretty severe dental phobia. She promptly gave me a blanket and talked me through every single procedure I've had since (which is many, fear of dental work kept me far away). She sent my partner a gift for a surgery she was having and even went out of the way to find a same-gender wedding card for us. The care is is unmatched. Thanks Dr B!

Dr Bishai is a great dentist. She really cares about the patient. Her team members are great too. My 6 year old daughter Avery had lots of cavities two years ago and she helped to fix her. And she also treated my husband's John's gum problem. We really want to say thank you to Dr Bishai and other girls.

Dr. Bishai is the best dentist ever! Highly skilled, knowledgeable, and yet sensitive to her patients! No matter what the issue, I always feel that she really listens, and cares about my concerns. Although going to see the dentist normally rates about a -5 on a scale of 10, I would go see her just because she’s one of the sweetest, kindest, most personable people I know! I always leave her office smiling! Oh, and she only hires the best hygienists and office staff! 20/10

I have been attending Dr. Bishai's practice for many years and have always had a wonderful experience. They direct bill, they are transparent & accountable, and they give down to earth advice regarding what is necessary or not depending on your coverage without sacrificing your dental health. As someone who works in healthcare and seeing first hand or through the experience of my patients what can happen with sub-par providers, I can say without hesitation that I have full trust in this dental practice and every staff member. Other nice things to note that add to the experience: complimentary coffee in the waiting room, appointment booking/reminders available via text, evening appointment availability, very clean facility and lovely ambiance, and a great location in a convenient plaza with lots of parking.

I've been a patient for quite a while, and from the moment I step into the office, I feel like I am visiting family. I've had a lot of major dental work done, and have never suffered with pain afterwards, not once. I was in the hands of true professionals who are the most caring staff, and who obviously love their job. They have the utmost experience and explain the procedure to you step by step, all the while making sure you are okay. Dr. Bishai is even considerate to the point of calling you at home later in the evening to make sure all is well. If you've ever had a fear of dentists, then please visit Dr. Bishai. You'll feel safe, comfortable, and go home saying, "I love my dentist". They are that good.
